Every year we conduct a survey of our patients' views and our most recent surveys have largely been written by PRG members. These surveys are given to patients attending each of our surgeries during one week and are made available on our website so those who do not attend any of our surgeries or who are housebound can complete the survey and post or e-mail it to the practice at any time during the year. Because we have five surgeries, analysis of responses from each surgery is important in recognising variation in service delivery.
